O processo de criação do evento pela empresa e envio do link é o mesmo.
Para realizar o check-in, é preciso acessar o link do evento agendado ou o link do condomínio, disponível na recepção.
- Na tela do CPF, clique em Sou estrangeiro
- Informe o número do Documento legal (pode ser passaporte, RNE, Cartão Cidadão ou qualquer outro documento oficial do país)
- Informe o nome completo
- Ao final desse processo, um aviso será enviado para a recepção do empreendimento, para aprovação do cadastro com base nos dados informados no check-in
- O papel da recepção é verificar se a informação fornecida pelo estrangeiro confere com a documentação apresentada, lembrando que essas informações são cadastradas pelo próprio visitante durante o seu check-in
- Após aprovação da recepção do condomínio, se o convidado não estiver pré autorizado, um aviso será enviado para o anfitrião do evento e aos colaboradores com perfil Geral da empresa visitada
- Após liberação pela empresa, o QR Code será gerado na tela do visitante estrangeiro
O processo de aprovação do cadastro do estrangeiro pela recepção do condomínio ocorre somente na primeira entrada dele no edifício. Nas próximas visitas basta ele informar o mesmo número de documento, já cadastrado e aprovado e não precisará passar por essa etapa novamente.

- After approval by the condominium reception, if the guest is not pre-authorized, a warning will be sent to the host of the event and to the employees with the General profile of the company visited
- After approval by the company, the QR Code will be generated on the foreign visitor's screen
The process of approving the foreigner's registration by the condominium reception only takes place when they first enter the building. On future visits, the foreign visitor simply needs to provide the same document number, which has already been registered and approved, and will not need to go through this stage again.
